Created in 2023 on the initiative of its passionate singer and bassist, ENGLISHMAN IN NEW YORK brings together six professional musicians and singers with rich and varied backgrounds. Each of them has solid experience on stage, in France and abroad, as well as in the studio, giving the group an undeniable mastery and authenticity.

This ambitious Tribute Band has set itself the mission of becoming the benchmark show in France paying tribute to the immense career of STING, an artist of timeless class. Far from being a mere imitation or caricature, the band's aim is to recreate the British singer's aesthetic and musical universe with the utmost respect and rigorous fidelity, in terms of both sound and stage elegance.

The show, which lasts around two hours, is a veritable voyage through Sting's work. It draws on THE POLICE's legendary repertoire - for how can we talk about Sting without revisiting the band's legendary songs? - as well as the great classics of his solo career.

Audiences are invited to thrill to cult favorites such as Roxanne, Message In A Bottle and Walking On The Moon, as well as to let themselves be carried away by the gentleness and depth of Englishman In New York, Fields Of Gold, Shape Of My Heart and Desert Rose.
