"For over ten years, Lucas Gautier has been taking his guitar and his mojo to the four corners of France. His mission: to spread the good word of the blues at all the festivals that count: Cognac Blues Passion, Mécleuves Terre de Blues and Blues en Loire among many others. After making a name for himself on the Bordeaux scene, Lucas was noticed by the "Flyin' Saucers Gumbo 
Special" of which he became a full member.
For this first project under his own name, Lucas dons Chuck Berry's Gibson to bring the repertoire of the inventor of rock'n'roll to life. "Roll over Beethoven", "Maybellene", "You Never Can Tell", "Johnny B. Goode" and all the legendary songs will be on the bill, but not only. "Lucas Gautier & The Havana Moons" also revisit a lesser-known side of the wild-legged rocker: rumbas, ballads, instrumentals and a few jazz-tinged tracks. Chuck's catalog is more varied than it seems, and the Bordeaux-based band will be more than happy to prove it!
To rekindle the flame of Chess Records productions, Lucas Gautier has surrounded himself with the crème de la crème of French rock'n'roll and roots music: Pierre Fabre, on piano and vocals, Abdell Bop on double bass and Yann Vicaire on drums".
