Since 2016, The Cutting Edge - A Tribute to Bob Dylan has been bringing the unique world of the American singer and poet to life on stage. This tribute band, composed of five talented musicians, delivers two-hour concerts entirely dedicated to Bob Dylan’s work, with a special focus on his electric period. This legendary era, during which Dylan performed with The Band, marked a major turning point in rock history and continues to inspire the band’s repertoire and energy today.

The awarding of the Nobel Prize in Literature to Bob Dylan in 2016—the first ever for a popular music songwriter—reinforced the group’s determination to share the richness of his work with audiences. In 2025, the release of the biopic A Complete Unknown, nominated for eight Academy Awards, promises to bring Dylan’s extraordinary career back into the spotlight, further validating The Cutting Edge’s passionate and heartfelt tribute.

The Musicians

The band is led by the experience and talent of five seasoned musicians:

Ray Mee (Rémy Marietti) – Singer-songwriter, guitarist, and harmonica player, inspired by Bob Dylan as well as Californian folk-rock, country, country rock, and artists like The Beatles, Cat Stevens, and Lou Reed. His album A Life Time (2018) takes listeners on a journey, while Little Brother (2020) pays tribute to a childhood friend who passed away.
